These guys are great! Went in for a recall on my diesel truck, they promptly rescheduled (a specific part needed to be ordered). Showed up for my next appointment, done after a few hours! Service department called when they said they were going to, best experience I've had with a dealership!

Tyler Alvarez worked with us via e-mail and responded to all e-mails within minutes. We were able to negotiate a great price and also added GAP and an extended warranty. I’ve been bringing my car to Nissan Corona ever since I purchased it last 2022, and all I’ve got is frustration and disappointment. I decided to take the car to Nissan Riverside after an emergency engine failure just a week after the Nissan Corona change all the recommended change/break oil etc and paid out of the pocket of more than $500. The Riverside dealership is awesome, check the car right away, offered shuttle back and forth, in which the Corona dealership never did and you have to wait for a painful 2-3 hours and you need to be watchful with the time as they will not tell you that the service has done unless you will find it out by yourself. Kudos to the service advisor Nick Mayne, keep up the good work. Definitely will utilized Nissan Riverside for future services.
